Spanish Painting: XIV–XVIII Centuries
From Gothic altarpieces to the luminous realism of Velázquez and Zurbarán.
Spanish Painting: XIV–XVIII Centuries
More than one hundred and twenty paintings, drawings, and miniatures survey four centuries of Spanish artistic identity, from the devotional panels of the early Crown of Aragon to the final glories of the Hapsburg court.
This exhibition reunites seldom-seen loans from regional collections in Andalusia and Navarre with signature works from ArtieWorld holdings, tracing the influence of Flemish realism, Italian colorito, and Iberian mysticism across a single sweeping installation.
