About the Gallery & these Terms
All references to "ArtieWorld", "we", "our" or "us" mean the gallery proprietor(s); references to "you" or "your" mean any visitor, registered artist, client, or collector using this website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date below, is the version that applies from the date of posting onward. If we make material changes, we will revise the date below and, where appropriate, notify newsletter or registered-artist contacts by email.

02 · Website Use
Permitted & prohibited conduct
You may browse, save for private reference, and share links to pages on this site for non-commercial purposes. You may not, without prior written consent from ArtieWorld or the relevant copyright holder:
- Reproduce, crop, or distribute artwork photographs, gallery photography, or text as stock, on NFT platforms, or for commercial resale.
- Deep-link individual images directly for use on another website, newsletter, or social account without attribution or permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, bulk-download, or interfere with the gallery's artist-registration upload folders, data stores, or email endpoints.
- Submit knowingly false information through any form (contact, artist registration, or inquiry).
03 · Intellectual Property
Copyright in works & site content
All exhibited or archived works, images, artist statements, biographies, installation photographs, catalogue essays, and editorial text remain the copyright of their respective creators, artists, photographers, or authors. ArtieWorld is granted permission by the artist or consignor to reproduce these materials for the purpose of promotion, sale, cataloguing, and archive documentation.
The design, layout, logo, custom artwork, and original editorial copy of this website are © ArtieWorld and may not be reused, republished, or adapted for another commercial gallery, platform, or publication without written permission.
04 · Sales & Inquiries
Prices, availability, and invoices
All prices listed on the website, published in PDFs, or quoted in email are indicative and may be revised without prior notice until a formal proforma invoice is issued by the gallery. Availability of any artwork is confirmed only at the time an invoice is sent to the email address on record.
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, prices exclude taxes, duties, import fees, framing (unless included), shipping, crating, and insurance. Those additional charges will be itemised on the final invoice for collector approval before payment is requested.
Payment methods accepted include: bank transfer (INR or equivalent wire), and, on a case-by-case basis, electronic payment gateways arranged by the gallery for the invoiced amount only. No payment is final until cleared funds are received in full by ArtieWorld.
05 · Delivery, Returns & Authenticity
Shipping, cancellation & certificates
ArtieWorld arranges professional packing, crating, and insured shipping via reputable carriers. Delivery timelines and carrier selection are confirmed per order, and tracking details are sent by email once the work has been dispatched. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser on delivery; in the unlikely event of damage in transit, please retain all packaging materials and notify ArtieWorld at ravi.chabra@gmail.com within 48 hours so that a claim can be filed.
Returns or exchanges on sold artwork are not offered as a matter of course, except where the work delivered is materially different from its description, or in cases of non-genuine attribution. Every work sold through ArtieWorld is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or gallery invoice serving as proof of provenance; if, in reasonable judgment, a work is later found to be incorrectly attributed and this is brought to our attention within ten (10) years of purchase, we will, on return of the work in the same condition, refund the amount paid.
06 · Artist Submissions
Register Artist portal & confidentiality
By using the Register Artist page and uploading images of your work, you confirm that: (a) all submitted work is original and created by you; (b) you hold full rights to reproduce and license the accompanying images for internal curatorial review and record-keeping; and (c) the contact information you provide is accurate so that the gallery may reply to your submission.
Artist submissions are reviewed at the sole discretion of the curatorial team. Response times vary based on the volume of incoming portfolios. ArtieWorld does not share artist-submitted images, personal data, or statements with third parties except as strictly necessary to respond to the application (for example, with a co-curator on a project for which the work might be relevant, and only with the artist's knowledge) or as required by law. Unsolicited physical portfolios or deliveries not arranged through prior agreement cannot be returned.
07 · Disclaimers & Contact
Limitation & governing law
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. ArtieWorld will use reasonable care to ensure that information on the site is correct, but cannot guarantee that every listed work, price, date, or attribution is free from typographical or factual error, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such errors to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms, and any dispute relating to this site or to a work offered or sold through ArtieWorld, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause in these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.
