Biography
About the Artist
Arjun Mehta’s practice moves between large-format photography of rural India and densely layered mixed-media works that combine negatives, found paper, and pigment. His long-term project “Still Waters” documents communities along the Narmada over a decade.
He is a recipient of the National Photography Award and the Magnum Foundation Social Justice Grant.
